    If you love movies and love talking about them, then you’re invited to join Cumberland County Library’s new film discussion club, The Reel Thing, for an afternoon film followed by a thought-provoking discussion. The club will meet one Saturday every month, and club members take turns picking the films we’ll watch and discuss at upcoming meetings. There is no requirement to watch the adaptation, but feel free to do so and add that perspective to the discussion! For our next meeting, we’ll be discussing Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan. Please finish reading the book before the meeting, and let us know if you need help locating a copy. There will be snacks and refreshments! Registration is required.   • Ceremonial Brass Musical Program

    Cumberland County Library will host a free concert by the well-known South Jersey band Ceremonial Brass. The band has performed at diverse venues throughout the tri-state area, and their repertoire includes a wide range of music, including classic show tunes such as “Comedy Tonight,” “Ain’t Misbehavin’,” and “Cabaret,” as well as cinematic musical favorites like “Over the Rainbow” and “You’ve Got a Friend in Me.” Registration for this program is encouraged but not required.
