The Friends of the Cumberland County Library is an independent, non-profit volunteer organization working to further the educational, cultural, and informational needs of the community through its support of the Cumberland County Library.
They support the services and needs of the Cumberland County Library that are not covered by city, county, and state funding. The Friends raise funds to help support children’s programming, yoga classes at the library, and the museum pass program. They also host events at the library, like author visits. Book sales are their main fundraiser, which they hold regularly at the library!
