This summer, the Cumberland County Library challenged young readers to participate in its “All Together Now!” Summer Reading Program – and they accepted that challenge!
One hundred and thirty-two children and teens registered for the six-week program which featured a variety of events including Story Times, Family Nights, a daily Lunch & Learn Program, book discussions, author visits and much more.
In addition to fun events, participants kept track of the books they read to receive weekly incentives donated by local businesses.
The Cumberland County Library would like to congratulate all of its summer readers and thank the following businesses that generously donated prizes for the program:
- Applebee’s
- Bridgeton Splash Park
- Campani’s Legacy Lanes
- Serene Custard
- Wendy’s
