“Yoga With Ceci” is a soft and gentle practice with breath work and flow, appropriate for beginner and intermediate practitioners. One-hour sessions begin with centering, warm up and end with a 5-10 minute relaxation. (Savasana) Sanskrit vocabulary is used intermittently with English. The type of yoga practiced in this program is called Hatha. It is a gentle practice which utilizes props (including chairs, blocks and pillows) and our motto is “No new pain in yoga”. Each participant is encouraged to bring their own mat, although there will be some mats to borrow.
