Kids (and their grownups!) are invited to learn gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques with certified Yoga teacher Ceci Brandt.
Yoga has many benefits for children including enhancing their flexibility, strength, and coordination. It helps develop a sense of calm and present moment awareness while nurturing self-esteem and focus.
Families are encouraged to bring their own mats, although there will be some available to borrow. Registration is required. Registration link:
