Mindful Meditation and Stress Reduction

This virtual presentation will discuss the health and wellness benefits of mindful meditation and provide examples of stress-relieving breathing techniques that can be used anytime.

Anyone interested in viewing this event has the option of viewing it from home over Zoom, or coming to Cumberland County Library to participate in a group viewing of the presentation.
